White label VPN

White Label VPN — Your Brand on Every Screen

Your company name, your logo, your colours and your app name. Customers see your brand; the panel, apps and servers behind it are yours to run.

White label means the customer never learns our name

There is a version of “white label” that means a logo swap on a login screen and a supplier's branding everywhere else. That is not what this is. When a customer opens your app they see your company name in the title, your logo on the connection screen, your colours on the connect button, and your support details when something goes wrong. OneBestHost is your supplier, in the same way a manufacturer is a retailer's supplier: present in the invoice, absent from the product.

That distinction matters commercially. A VPN is a trust purchase. Customers are handing their traffic to whoever runs the service, and a brand that looks borrowed makes that a harder sale. Owning the brand also means owning the customer relationship — you are not one price change away from your supplier competing with you.

What carries your brand

The applications

App name, icon, logo and colour scheme across Android, Firestick and — where you buy them — Windows, macOS and iOS.

The admin dashboard

The panel you and your staff work in day to day carries your brand, not ours.

The website

Your VPN website presents your plans, your pricing and your download links.

The reseller layer

Resellers work under your brand, selling your product to their customers.

The checkout

Your WHMCS client area, your invoices, your payment gateways.

The support

Your customers contact you. We support you behind that.

What you own, and what that means practically

  • Your users. Accounts live in your panel and are yours to export, migrate or cancel.
  • Your servers. Add, remove and organise them yourself, from any provider you choose.
  • Your pricing. Set what you charge, which packages exist and how long they last.
  • Your resellers. Decide who sells for you and what they may sell.
  • Your billing. Your gateway, your currency, your invoices.

The honest limit: branding is baked into an app at build time, so changing it later means a new build. Get the name and logo settled before you order — it is the cheapest moment to change your mind.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Will my customers know the software came from OneBestHost?

Not from the product. The apps carry your name, logo and colours, and the panel is yours to operate. We are your supplier, not a brand your customers interact with.

Can I set my own prices?

Yes. You own the customer relationship and the pricing. What you charge, what packages you offer and how you bill are yours to decide.

Can I change the branding later?

Branding changes mean a new app build. Talk to us about what you want changed and we will tell you what it involves before you commit.
