Terms of Service
Last updated: 9 September 2026
These terms apply to the products and services OneBestHost supplies: web hosting, VPS, domain registration, VPN software and servers, and IPTV software. By ordering from us you agree to them.
1. Pricing and billing
Prices are in US dollars. Where a promotional price is shown, it applies to the first billing period only; the service then renews at the regular price, which is displayed next to the promotional price on this website and in the client portal. Software products marked “one-time” are single purchases and do not recur.
Hosting, VPS and domain services renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. You are responsible for keeping your payment details current in the client portal.
2. Specifications
Published specifications describe the product at the time of publication. Where a figure depends on your configuration — server location, bandwidth, network specification, protocol support — it is confirmed with you before order rather than published, and the confirmed figure is what applies.
3. Software licences and delivery
VPN and IPTV software, panels and applications are licensed to you for use in your own business. You may brand and sell services built with them under your own name. You may not resell, sublicense or redistribute the software itself as a product without written agreement.
Applications are delivered for distribution under your own developer accounts. Approval by Google, Apple or Amazon is at their discretion; we prepare and deliver the application but cannot guarantee store acceptance.
WHMCS is a separate commercial product licensed by WHMCS Limited. Our WHMCS module requires a WHMCS licence that you hold.
4. Your responsibilities as an operator
If you use our software to run a VPN or IPTV service, that service is yours. You are responsible for:
- Complying with the law wherever you and your customers are located.
- Any content you distribute and holding the rights to distribute it. We supply software only — no content, channels, streams or rights are provided with any product.
- Your own customers: their support, their data and their agreements with you.
- Your own privacy policy and terms.
5. Acceptable use
Our services may not be used for unlawful activity, for distributing malware, for sending unsolicited bulk email, for infringing intellectual property, or for anything that puts our infrastructure or other customers at risk. We may suspend services used this way.
6. Support
We support the products you have bought from us, through live chat, Telegram, email and the ticket system in the client portal. We do not support your end customers — that relationship is yours.
7. Refunds and cancellation
Recurring services can be cancelled in the client portal before the next renewal date. Custom-built software — panels, applications and websites configured to your branding — is produced to order, and refund eligibility depends on the stage the work has reached. Ask before ordering if this matters to you, and we will confirm in writing.
8. Availability
We work to keep services available and will tell you about planned maintenance where we can. We do not offer a published uptime guarantee. Keep your own backups of anything you cannot afford to lose, on any platform.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with any product or service is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for lost profits, lost data or business interruption.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed; material changes will be communicated to active customers.
