What we support
- Products you bought from us — the panel, your apps, servers we supplied, hosting, VPS and domains.
- Setup and configuration — getting the panel running, servers connected and apps pointed at the right place.
- Billing and account questions — invoices, renewals and service changes in the client portal.
What we cannot support
Your customers. If you run a VPN or IPTV business using our software, the people who buy from you contact you, not us — they are your customers and they know your brand, not ours. We support you so that you can support them. That division is what makes a white label product work.
We also cannot advise on content sourcing or rights for IPTV services, or on what is lawful in your jurisdiction. Those are questions for your own legal advice.
On response times. Support channels are staffed 24/7, but we do not publish a guaranteed response time, because we have not defined one and an invented number would just be a promise we might break. If a response-time commitment matters to your business, ask and we will tell you honestly what we can commit to.
